Answer: One Third is yet to be a 501 (c) 3 organization, so your donation to One Third is not tax deductible. Once our 501 (c) 3 application approved, your donation will be tax deductible.
Answer: Yes. We believe the inerrancy of the Bible and the trinity of God and the salvation of Jesus Christ.
Answer: No. One Third is for every Christian who follows Christ and has the burden for the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19). Whether you’re professionals or not should not deter you to serve the Lord wholeheartedly. It is conceivably that professionals will find more platforms to serve, but the heart for God is the key,
Answer: No. One Third encourages you to make a deliberate directional change in career to serve God. In other words, you can do the same job, but your priority has changed, instead of making money, you’re now witnessing for Christ in the work place. Or instead of teaching in the U.S., you’re now teaching overseas where Gospel is restricted.
Answer: No. As answered earlier, One Third is for every Christian. Nevertheless, Christians who are in their latter 1/3 of the their life stage are with more flexibility and experience to make directional change in career. To take Moses as an example, he lived 120 years. During the first 80 years, God prepared Moses so that he could be used during the last 1/3 of his life to lead Israelites out of Egypt. Earlier you prepare yourself; the better is your service to the Lord in your latter life stage.
Answer: At present One Third offers an annual conference and workshops. Our web page offers volunteer opportunities in Christian organizations. We have regular regional small group prayer meetings. Our One Third board members can offer consultation or mentoring to like-minded Christians. We can also come to your church or fellowship groups to share and promote One Third movement.
